What folks are saying about Ben Gonsioroski's classic country music style

Triple Strand Productions:

Bursting onto the country scene, Ben Gonsioroski has a wonderfully earthy voice, which gains the attention of listeners from the very first note. His album  "Ballads From The Heart" fits solidly into today's market for top 40 songs, with more than a nod to country's traditional roots.  He has been a very popular artist on my show and one that makes this host shake her head and wonder why this artist hasn't been snapped up by a label.  But with Ben's voice, it certainly can't be too long until he is.

-Dixie McCorkell, host of internationally syndicated "Country Legends In The Making"

A&R Select:

In the beautiful state of Montana, resides a man named Ben Gonsioroski who has stories to tell.  He tells them from his heart through his voice and guitar.  He is pure, pure country - the kind of country that I remember when I was young when I used to watch westerns and cowboy shows.  Yes, Ben's music is what our hearts need.  He makes you look through his eyes and his heart. That is really important in life.  This is not your typical country artist.

He started out way back in 1989 in his hometown of Baker, Montana by entering a local talent contest.  Since then, he has entered and won many contests in and out of his state Montana.  Every show he did, he built more confidence and more public awareness.  Between 1993-94, he was featured on Comstock Records out of Phoenix, Arizona.  Owner and producer, Frank Fara, promoted his first tape recording.  He was encouraged as was Fara, to see his songs chart out fairly well even up against major artists.  He was #1 a few times on the country charts and within the top ten on several radio stations.

In 2008, he signed a one year non-exclusive contract with an independent label called Tate Music Group and recorded his first CD down in Nashville.  Ben received positive feedback.  People really seemed to like his music.

His new single, "The Desert Flower" which is off of his new CD, "Ballads From The Heart" is a prime example of the genuine and purity of his songs.  I wouldn't expect anything less.  He's been writing and singing songs for over 20 years now.  "Desert Flower is one of those songs that provokes thought.  It is a ballad written in true western style about a cowboy who lives with regret.  Life is about choices.  This song reveals a man's feelings of remorse for not cherishing the love of his life."

Ben has opened for Shelly West and Jet Williams.  He has also performed at the Nashville Palace in Opryland USA and at the Silver Dollar in Las Vegas. He also did shows at the Medora C.W.C., Old No. 10 Saloon in Deadwood, SD, Fallon County Fair in Baker, MT., Bowman Fair in Bowman, ND.  And there is so much more than this.  The list is too long to mention hear.  Take it from me, all these acclaims mean something to everyone.  He's the best country musician I've ever heard. Ever.  I am head over heals in love with his music and what it represents.  You will feel the same way, too.

Country Music Chart Review

Ben Gonsioroski's music is as unique as his name. With his new album "Ballads From The Heart," Gonsioroski takes listeners back to the traditional cowboy country music of years gone by that made stars of country music legends like Marty Robbins, Gene Watson and Jim Reeves.

Gonsioroski was born and bred in the cowboy paradise of Montana, and he grew up enjoying classic country music. His crystal clear, authoritative country vocals are the main ingredient for the success of "Ballads From The Heart" He has a simple cowboy sincerity that pierces through the lyrics on every track, including the best song on the album titled "The Desert Flower."

Ben Gonsioroski is truly a cowboy country troubadour who has carefully honed his craft  and paid attention to the smallest details. Even his album's production sound harkens back to classic country recordings. That's why Ben Gonsioroski's "Ballads From The Heart" is a welcome entry into the country music marketplace and will be delighting both new fans and old for years to come.

Fan Remarks

Hello Ben, I recently came across your music on Jango and I must say I am impressed. Great compositions and great performance! I am only in the process of discovering country music, playing it on Jango mostly, as this is the best source of this music, when you live outside the USA. I just received your cd and enjoying it at the moment. I like it a lot! You've got great voice, the compositions are so pretty and gentle, all of them. I wish you great success and that you become the King of Montana (as Chris LeDoux was the King of Wyoming:) -Jerzy

Hello Ben, Thank you for the song: Desert flower
Beautiful song -herman

Ben, I do plan on buying the album. I played your tune for my wife when she got home from work and agreed with me that you are someone we need to watch. When I said I got chills when I listened to you song you need to realize that the last time that happened was the first time I head Leann Rimes sing Blue in 95 or 96. I was raised on the country of the 50's and 60's and I've wondered many times why a song has to be like a chemistry experiment instead of a voice and some music behind it -Kevin

Hello Ben, Hope this email finds you well. I am well. I have heard your music over the internet. You are an awesome singer/songwriter/musician. I love country music. I like Johnny Cash, Jim Reeves, Marty Robbins, Hank Williams, Randy Travis, Charlie Pride, Loretta Lynn as well as many other singers/songwriters/musicians.
